Wellness Phone Banking Project Underway

Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander volunteers will be making check-in calls to community members.

The SoCal PICRT is working with NHPI community-based organizations (CBOs) to help build Wellness Phone Banking programs aimed at connecting volunteer phone bankers with community members who may be in need of resources or even a friendly ear. Through the project, SoCal PICRT will provide caller training, tool kits, and support to community partners.
